Sheriff's manor - Culture Tour After-Party

For those Northern Haunts that either remain unspecified or too specific to fit into any other category. For example, if you wish to post a one-shot on your character's activities in their Haven but don't wish to advertise the fact of it's existence in a specific district.

He has a small appearance of shock come across him, before it turns to ponder and thought. It takes him a moment before replying.
"That dear elder is quite the challenge you have placed before me, the majority of what i have done in my time, which is short compared to some here, has been to aid the Camarilla and held strong to what the Camarilla does.
As such, from what i can recall at this time, the thing that would be considered worst in the eyes of the Camarilla would be aiding a member of the Sabbat to enter and become part of the court. Although it was Jackdaw's wife and i believe he, like i, was unaware of that she was a Sabbat member, it still was a case of bringing an enemy of the Camarilla into its halls."

He clears his throat after his answer.

"Does that meet your requirements elder?"

Hermina is taken aback slight, “Well... that is quite something to admit to Andross. I hope that the Prince already knows of your part in this? You definitely win this round, whether or not you win in the long term.”

"The issue certainly came to light whilst the Prince was around and prominent withing the city, though i forget as to whether it was while she was Prince or Primogen. I could not comment as to the entirety of the knowledge she is aware of in terms of the matter, Primogen elder Jackdaw may know better given his connection to the case.
In either case i shall enquire with the Prince when next i am in her presence if that shall ease concerns? To my understanding the matter had been dealt with to completion."

He looks around the room at who to take next....

"Ancillae Laurence, you tasked me in the first round so i shall handle you this time in repayment.

I dare you to utter the worst insult you can think of to each of the people here, myself included. You may use words, items..." he gives a brief glance to the remains of the 'abused' book "or any other means your mind can come up with."

"The Sheriff is fully aware of Blint's actions there... and they have been weighed."
Dukes scans the room, energy still high from his prior outburst, still shades of anger in a slowly calming aura. Something in his behaviour has shifted, small movements in his body, he's taking up more space on the chair, possibly unaware that he is rubbing shoulders with another kindred. He shakes his head.
"Pah... I still owe elder Aurelia two answers.
He looks at the floor.
"My most cherished... item... in this room."
He reaches to his left and holds up his hiking stick.
"This stick has seen me through many difficult journeys. I have pulled myself out of holes with this it, stopped myself falling with it, staked kindred with it. It was made for me by a kindred I met a long time ago, a man who lamented my willingness to travel through the world unarmed. He loved me, and I did not love him in return.
"And my greatest shame.... it is closely tied by a great many things. My greatest shame is that the kindred who gave me this stick.... I let him die to save my own skin, because he loved me and I did not love him in return. I am not a creature prone to sentiment..."
He sits back.
"Exept for when I am."

Lss as intended pauses for a long moment, his opium addled mind clashing with his sense of self-preservation that warred within him.

“As a strict follower of etiquette, I do hope that my insults will be of the quality expected of me. But please forgive my humble self if they are not.”

Drawing a deep breath in, Laurence pauses.

“As a new arrival in the city, I believe I would be best of forfeiting at this point in the game.”

Laurence dit’s back down, a grin still on his face and settled in to watch the rest of the game.

"I accept your forfeit, it was perhaps the smartest move.
Who do you challenge next? You could reclaim glory if you can give them something to knock them out. Perhaps this could be the start of a chain of dropouts..."

“Oh that is a shame, I should have liked to hear what you had come up with. So whom is next?”

“Jean, I challenge you to rate the Kindred in this room in order of power, be that political, Physical or Socially,”

Laurence grins, leaning back in his chair with torso still displayed without shame.
