Kindred of Aque Sulis, I Zhaspahr Clyntain, Architect of the Camarilla, Elder and paragon of his Clan of the proud lineage of Alexander hereby claim praxis over the domain of Aqua Sulis.

This praxis was not one I ever intended to seize, I firmly believed that the stability of the domain would be safest under the stewardship of the ancillae Francis Beauclair. Yet, it is though his deeds that Francis Beauclair has proven beyond all reasonable doubt that he is an Anarch, and it is my eternal sorrow to say this is shared by seneschal Albert Champon, primogen of clan Tremere.

This very night I attended a meeting with Mr Beauclair and Professor Campion to discuss his increasingly frayed relationship with his primogen. In that meeting Mr Beauclair accused me of treason, further he made his intentions clear that he, an ancillae wished to thrawl me, to blood bound me to his cause and so doing better secure his control of the primogen council. As is want of his gett, fearful of having his lies exposed, Mr Beauclair wished to conduct this business in the shadows, free of the vigilant eyes of his betters. The meeting I attended in good faith was no meeting at all but an ambush, I was forced to retreat from Lady Anabele, Professor Campion and Mr Beauclair.

As evidence of my supposed treason Mr Beauclair has offered two witnesses. The first is the noble and very well respected envoy of Mithras himself. This so evidently a lie and I have used my influence in my Clan to invite him to testify to this fact. The second is from Lady Anabelle herself. Ignoring the ridiculous notion of using a neonates word against that of an architect, Lady Anabelle is no neonate at all. It had recently come to my attention that she is in fact the fledgling Hellen, the unrealised childe of Mustafa, prince of Constantinople. An Anarch herself she escaped her sires control and fled to sow the seeds of discontent and doubt. I have written to her sire for clarification for his intentions with his wayward progeny, yet be in no doubt, whatever his intentions may be mine are clear. For betraying her clan, I offer the promise of a blood boon after I have secured my praxis for any who can deliver her to me alive.

I will be organising a meeting for any who wish to learn the truth of these accusations.

In the meantime, I have this for Mr Beauclair and Professor Champon. For anarchs there will be no mercy, your domain will not be respected. You are a threat to the Ivory Tower and you will be destroyed.
