I by the grace of Lady Malota de Aquitaine Seneshal of this fife would like to recognise and acclaim the good work of Mrs Vivian Delaney in acting in a calm and dignified manner at the end of our last gathering and using her influence and standing to seek to ensure matters came to an orderly conclusion.
