Following a confrontation after our last Elysium I Francis Beauclair, Keeper of Elysium for the court of Bath do declare the following:

The Brujah Elder Mr Smithe is warned for Brawling outside elysium in a manner likely to imperil the masquerade and injurious to the dignity of elysium,

The Malkavian Elder Mr Jackdaw is Warned for the use of an archaic weapon in a manner highly likely to cause a breach of the masquerade

Following the actions of his unreleased Childe The Ventrue Elder Lord Clyntan is warned for failing to educate his child in a proper respect for elysium and her elders.

All three all three are forbidden from bearing arms in or outside of elysium, harming another creature except to feed or using strong language or likely to cause offence while they remain warned.
