Anyone wishing to register boons should either do so with Mr Francis Beauclair at an Elysium gathering or the Grantor should leave a message care of his offices. If Kindred require the location of these offices then they should apply to their Primogen who will be made aware of them. In order to register a boon the kindred must provide the name of the Grantor and the Debtor and the denomination of the boon.

Kindred should also supply a list of any statuses they have been granted and the name of the kindred that granted that status. All kindred should be aware that if a positive status is granted by an officer of the Camarilla and they step down or are removed from that office then any positive statuses will expire without effect. Please also be aware that any negative statuses they award will remain.

I will be looking to for worthy candidates to appoint as lesser harpies over the coming seasons and candidates should make themselves known to me when we next gather.

Given recentest disruptions within the city there have been some uncertainties and gaps in the record. All kindred should check to ensure their obligations are recorded and any questions should be directed to Mr Francis Beauclair Esq at your earliest convenience

Kindered will note that I have started the practice of noting the month when a boon has been registered, Boons registered prior to February will not be dated.
