A message from Keeper Sisyphus,

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Court of Aqua Sulis,

The night of our next gathering will soon be upon us, here are a few peices of information for all, to help with the smooth running of the night.

CO-HOSTS

As Keeper I will be hosting the evening along with my two Co-hosts and Defenders of Elysium.

This month I will be aided by both talented Miss Mortan of Clan Brujah and Miss Daye of Clan Malkavian.

If you need the attention of the Keeper and I am unavailable or there are late arrivals to give admittance please call upon them.

SECURITY

The area around the Elysium site will be locked down. Anyone who is not expected by myself or accompanied by someone I am expecting will be stopped and turned away. Therefore please ensure guests and envoys make themselves known before the gathering. I expect to know the name, status and clan or affiliation.

In addition, thirty minutes after the meeting has begun, we will be locking the entry doors. Late comers will most likely be granted entry but will need to ring the bell, and wait with the ghoul doorkeeper.

WEAPONS

Within my role as Keeper I shall be seeing a restoration to the traditional Camerilla ruling regarding weapons within Elysium.

Therefore, only officers or those whom bear the status of "Defender" may be seen to be carrying weapons within Elysium, as is their privilege.

I am setting a ban on firearms, explosives and incendiaries, or any other weapon with the likelihood of damaging the Elysium site when use. This extended to all.

It would not be proper for myself or my deputies to stop and search honoured Elders of our sect, so as is traditional, all are simply on their honour.

Those in breach of this ruling will be Warned and the offending item confiscated and possibly destroyed. Those refusing to comply will be ejected from the meeting.

SCHEDULE

6pm - Doors open

Kindred who need to pass on urgent information or concerns to their Primogen or Officers of the Court are encouraged to use this time to do so.

6:30pm- Prince addresses court and will ask for any business to be brought forward that needs to be addressed.

Kindred sit at their clan tables.

At this time doors to the hall will be closed. (See above)

7pm - Prince and officers meet in private.

7:30pm- Primogen Meet (if required):
Hopefully meeting 30mins - Max 1 hour

At this time there should be optional entertainment for non-Primogen. (Circumstances allowing). This month I am planning a game of Poker for up to 8 players. Boons will be gambled, see stakes below.*

8:30pm- Primogens meeting close. If there is unfinished business there will be the option to reconvene near the end of the night.

8:30- 9:30pm free time/ performances/games

This month I have arranged for a Symbel Singing/performance Competition open to all, sponsored and judged by Elder LeRoux. All entrants should contact her before the night so she can decide the order.

9:30pm - Winners of Symbels and another completions announced.

Option of Primogen reconvening if matters unresolved.

(Obviously, this can change and these are not a restriction but this is the "planned" running, so attendees can plan their evening).

*- Poker Prestation- The game will end either when one person 'wins outright' or the time is up. The game will continue until at least two of the players are eliminated (with a minimum of four players and a max of eight).

At the end, all participants who went "Bust" will place their name in a hat (or the name of their sponsor if they are representing someone else).

The person with the most value in chips, selects a name from the hat, this named person then owes the winner a major boon.

The person in second place does like wise, (even if they went Bust). They are owed a minor boon from the person whose name they draw. Any other players who remain may draw a trivial boon from anyone else who was eliminated.

As Keeper, it is incumbent upon me to see that nothing untoward happens in court and deal with problems appropriately. Thus, I name Mr Samuel Taylor, neonate of Clan Malkavian Warned. For repeatedly speaking to an officer of the court when bidden not to.

Most importantly, I hereby exclude Mr Hunt, neonate of Clan Gangrel from attending this Elysium unto this motion is redacted.
