For bringing the light of grace and beauty to the Domain of Aquae Sulis with the marvellous performances she organised at the Cerynein Theatre for our pleasure and diversion in these horrid nights, I hereby make it known that Vivian Delaney of the line of Hardestadt shall be Acclaimed in the sight of all good Kindred, and this I assert by the strength of my noble status of Primogen of Ventrue.
