Keane shrugs to himself inwardly. Even if she is dedicated to a Prince he probably won't get in trouble for just enjoying her company. He smiles, shakily;
"Well, commonly it is referred to as Britton or Breton depending on who you ask and when they hail from. But I consider it to Brython. Its earliest name was 'Pritani' by my language. It was this name that grew to become the others.
It is probably not as interesting as it sounds though."
He lapses into quiet for a moment.
" I was intending on visiting the Bristol Court come spring. Would you likely be in attendance?"
He sound ever so slightly nervous at the question.

"Brython..." She says it slowly, committing it to memory. "It's a lovely name. Thank-you for telling me Elder." She smiles up at him.

"I should be at Court yes, unless my Prince has other duties for me. May I ask why you wish to visit Bristol? And would you like my to let the Seneschal know to expect your letter?" Her curiosity is now picqued, this being the second time he's mentioned the visit.

"Well, as I mentioned it provides a chance for Raife to experience other courts and their society. But really, there was some upset related to that trip to Wales. I thought it would be sensible to become a little more familiar should I need travel through the fief again.
I would most appreciate whatever introductions you could offer. Perhaps in return for that boon you granted me when we first met?"

[Valentina Audley]

She smiles up at him again. "Of course Elder, I shall see to everything." She promises cheerfully.

She pauses, her eyes widening in realisation. "Perchance, was your trip to Wales the reason Elder Stone seems to be the target of so many Prince's ire?" If that was the case, no wonder Keane would like to travel a little and smooth things over and how neat of him to get her to ease his way. As she follows this train of thought her aura colours with admiration for him.

Valentina has ever admired a clever plan.

Wandering with the group, Jerome will lead the group through the heart of the centre of town meandering towards the theatre. As they go and the others continue their conversations he will continue to point out a number of the local landmarks or points of interest.

As the group get closer to the theatre he addresses those who remain, “I am very glad that there is such enthusiasm for the play.” He nods to Jean-Jacques, “There had been some questions earlier about this play. This is one of Shakespeare’s comedies, it is also his shortest play both in terms of the performance time but also because the events of the play take place over a single day or at least twenty four hours. This is interestingly an old Greek principle, and additionally the play itself is based IN Greece, so whichever of you I overheard earlier commenting that they prefer Greek plays ... well ironically this is about as close as you can get to a Greek play in Shakespeare’s repertoire! The theatre itself is the new Theatre Royal, the previous Theatre Royal is now privately owned and has been converted into our latest Elysium venue but would have been where such performances used to be done.”

As Valentina's aura flourishes so does his own. Keane replies;
"It is not only princes ire that Stones trip has raised..."
He is cut off by the Keeper as he explains the play. He had spent a very, very, short time in Greece and wonders if it will bear any resemblance. Either way he falls quiet and chances to draw Valentina a little closer as they enter the theatre.

Valentina's interest is caught by Jerome's explanation and she's very glad Keane broke off his talk so she could attend tot he Keeper's words, though she makes a note to bring the subject up again after the play. She gives Jerome a grateful smile, pleased to have a little more information about the play.

She obligingly lets Keane pull her closer as the enter the theatre, smiling up at him as he does so. Valentina, it must be admitted, enjoys attention from charmingly attentative Elders.

“Well said Architect, business and play can absolutely be the same thing!”

She notes that he seems a little distracted for a moment but has no idea as to why. She gives his arm a reassuring squeeze.

“I am sure that you will enjoy the play.”

[Lady Grace]

Grace takes care to look carefully around the entrance of the theatre and note all of beauty on display there as surely this was a night to savour and remember.

As they are seated she takes care to take the row behind Elder Beaufort and Hermina and sitting herself between Andross, Laurence and Jean Jacques.

She makes herself comfortable and looks excitedly towards the stage.
