Tea for two

For those Northern Haunts that either remain unspecified or too specific to fit into any other category. For example, if you wish to post a one-shot on your character's activities in their Haven but don't wish to advertise the fact of it's existence in a specific district.

"Why, yes, of course you may."

Erika is surprised, but not unpleasantly so. This means she is seen as approachable, which works for her manner of rulership. She encourages this, even, the more she knows of this city's Kindred, the better she can rule.

She takes a deep breath supressing her nerves

"What is your relationship with Christine? all I know is she adores you and calls you Mystra"

Erika smiles at the question, a gentle smile.
"She adores me, as I her. It is love. Both a powerful and overwhelming love, yet a love that is gentle. She is the sunlight that I lost, lighting up my way, warming me. And burning me too, with the heat of her passion."

Erika glances at Eponine, suddenly worried.

"I hope I do not startle you with such revelation. In truth, what we have is a complex and interwoven relationship, bound with our mutual love of music, and theatre...and more. Our souls... recognised each other on our first meeting, yet took nearly to long to admit it to each other. Now we do."

Epi aoftens and warms, a smile gentle loving and trusting spreads across her face

"I feel that way about another, but not who you may think."

Erika smiles even more warmly.

"I am pleased to hear that. I do think it would be a hellishly damned unlife if it were devoid of love." She looks about in a teasingly conspiratorial fashion. "So, do I have the pleasure of knowing the lucky person? And more importantly, do they feel the same about you?"

Epi giggles slightly then looks down into her lap then tucks a loose strand of hair behind her right ear.

"You know him rather well, and I know he feels the same. Do I have your confidence? Forgive my caution but there are only two others know."

Erika nods eagerly.

"Why, yes, you have my word! Totally and utterly!" She reaches over and takes Eponine's hand. "I promise, not a word shall pass beyond these walls."

Epi receives her hand and places her other hand on top and whispers.

"The one to whom my heart belongs is and always has been my Primogen Elder Albert Campion."

A beaming smile of delight crosses Erika's face.

"Oh my dear, that's absolutely wonderful! He's a good man, with a good heart, or so I have seen." She tilts her head. "I did wonder slightly when you spoke his name. A little of me hoped...And I am so delighted for you that he feels the same way! Oh, this makes your journey even more exciting!"

Excitement bubbles within her.

"I told him I wanted to explore the world and he said he'd take me, and we will be away from Bath meaning we can court in public and be alone."
