He looks up into the night sky and breathes deeply.
"I agree with your point, both camps have valid arguments and as someone who is both an academic and has been taught the tradition of storytelling by their Sire, I can see both sides."
He glances over
"Admittedly, there are some among my colleagues who demand that they along receive the recognition for their work. I find myself more believing in a communal effort to bring knowledge to the world, if that involves using theories and work from another colleague then go ahead. Ultimately the acquisition of understanding is more important than who it was that discovered that understanding."
His face softens
"Another reason to count myself lucky that my sire was only an Ancillae, and still relatively connected to humanity. She taught me well and then let me go."
