Choices Made by Moonlight

Beyond the pale, smooth stone houses and neat, orderly gardens, the countryside opens up. Farmland crests the hills all the way to the Industrial behemoth of Bristol, skulking in a crest of smog and steel along the banks of the Severn estuary. South: endless miles of rolling fields all the way to the Somerset levels, marshland rich in wildlife, poverty and tiny, archaic villages. To the East, the moist evening air brings the taste of coal and the smell of countless thousands crammed together, the stacks of London belching into the night. Here lies Gangrel Territory, or at least where they've been granted feeding rights. In reality any can make the journey across the moonlit fields and dark woodland, if they've the courage to do so.

Choices Made by Moonlight

The moon is bright above the earth, it’s light shining down to illuminate the cold frosty grass and the motions of a deer as it eats. Large black eyes scan the area, ever weary for signs of a predator. Raising its head, the animal turns to bolt. Too slow.

With a ferocious snarl an enormous white wolf surges out of the rich earth and collided with the deer. It’s over quickly, powerful jaws end it’s life and a long tongue extends to drink the blood of the unlucky beast. The wolf takes its fill, throwing its head back it gazes up at the moon and the last of the horrific burn scars that paint one side of its body fade.

It’s form shifts and changes, leaving Regulus Grey standing over the gently steaming body. One hand goes to the collar around his neck, his face darkens

The correct path must be taken...
